How do I book an appointment?
Just fill out the consultation form located on theotherdale.com. Once submitted you will be in communication with Dale’s assistant via email.

Is a deposit required?
All appointments REQUIRE a non refundable deposit of $100. Deposits can be made electronically once the appointment date is discussed via email.

Will I see my design before the appointment?
Custom pieces will never be shown before the appointment. If you answer the consultation form and viewed Dale’s portfolio, no need to sweat the design. Dale will be sure to make it one of a kind!

What if I have to cancel/reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please email us 72 hours before your appointment date for your deposit to be transferred. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be REQUIRED. IF CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
All appointments are allowed 1 Guest to accompany them.

How do I pay for my appointment?
Cash is king, however electronic options are available as a last resort. If using electronic methods you may be charge a small percentage. If unsure of how much cash to bring, Dale charges roughly $200/hour depending on the project.

How do I take care of my tattoo?
Dale will apply a recovery derm bandage after the procedure. Keep the bandage on for 5 days! Once the 5 days is over, take the bandage off in the shower. After the bandage is off, moisturize with your favorite tattoo aftercare. If bandage comes off early, wash tattoo with warm water and antibacterial soap 2-3 times a day. Air dry for 30 minutes and apply aftercare. STAY AWAY FROM PETROLEUM BASE PRODUCTS!
